Ducati has decided to begin producing the Hypermotard.  The announcement was made in the online "Desmoblog" by Federico Minoli.  Ducati said that the response to the initial concept bike was overwhelming and they decided to move it into production as quickly as possible.

The roadster-inspired VRSCR Street Rod sets a new standard and a bold direction for the VRSC family combining style and performance in equal measure. The newest member of the VRSC family is decidedly more aggressive with its upright riding position, inverted front forks, 40-degree lean angle, 1130cc Revolution V-Twin engine and tuned suspension.

The F800S is an 800-cc twin which offers lots of character, an excellent suspension and typical BMW properties.  The athletic F 800 S sports bike has a dry weight of under 419 lbs. (approx. 441 lbs. ready-to-ride) and is the first model of the new and separate model series.

The current CLK is four years old, so it’s not surprising that the highlight here is the new, AMG-developed 6.2-liter V-8 beast that is spreading throughout Mercedes’ lineup of cranked-up AMG cars. It puts out 475 horsepower in the CLK63, making last year’s 362-hp CLK55 AMG seem somewhat tame. The new engine comes alive right off idle, heaving the tach toward the 7200-rpm redline and singing a refined yet seductive engine snarl that is nothing short of stupendous.
